Specific Job responsibilities:
 Responsible for the smooth and efficient financial operation of Hospitals in regards
Customer Service excellence.
 Handling management P&L activity i.e. profit and loss statement for the Hospitals’ business
as well as the related resources associated with the Hospital operation
 Overall supervision of departmental work process
 Capability development of self and juniors of the department
 Participate of all training activity
 Budget Management - Financial Analysis & Planning
 Planning Development and Budget monitoring of the hospital.
 collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial
statements
 undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
 producing long-term business plans
 undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance and
compensation evolution
 controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
 Departmental budgeting with key clinicians and managers
 Cost Analysis & Fund Management , Cost Budget detailing
 Deviation monitoring and escalation
 Escalation of cash flow requirements monthly
 Procedure wise cost analysis, pricing correction inputs & and control
 developing and managing financial systems/models
 carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
 liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.
 Ensure implementation of all Financial strategic initiatives
